RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We Hope You Like Your Stitchwithstyles Order!
If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations in terms of fitting, measurements, damaged or wrong order- please return it to us within 3 days. Look for the Contact Us page to find out the return address. We will refund you within 5-7 working days following receipt of your return. Our Return Policy is explained here:

Terms of Cancellation:
As a matter-of-course, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same.

However, if due to an unconvincing event we are unable to deliver stitching service to you, we will contact you on the contact number provided to us at the time of placing the order. We will make sure to keep you informed of inadequacy. It is only then you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be eligible for a refund.

It’s our right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
a) For instance, the designated address is outside the serviceable area offered by us;
b) The item has not been damaged by us;
c) You didn’t confirm the order booking;
d) You did not provide us with accurate measurements.

Refunds
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your stitched fabric. However, if you may want to return or exchange an item and wish to be refunded, please return your
item in its original packaging.

You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

a) Be advised that items must be returned with labels and barcodes intact.
b) It shouldn’t be damaged/torn or ripped.
c) Your items should be in their original packaging.
d) All dresses returned must not be worn and must be in their original cartons.

Please fill out the return form found on the back of your invoice and specify the reasons for return or any other comments. We will refund the amount you paid for this item (excluding shipping charges) using the same method of payment as the one you originally used.

Receiving A Refund:
Please also note that we will not process your refund until we receive the goods. Once we receive the goods, we will:
a) Examine the goods you have to verify if they are faulty, damaged or if they do not correspond to their description;
b) Credit the refund to be paid, or alter within 5-7 days from the date that we receive the returned goods.
