How to order?
Choose what you need easily with the filters that the site offers. You will be able to choose in the top bar the type of product and successively choose the style and size of the chosen product. Once the desired product is identified it is added to the basket (Shopping Bag). You fill in the required information for delivery, the method of payment: credit card or Cash on Delivery and then Checkout.

Cannot find the product I'm looking for?
Please Contact Customer Service by filling out the contact form. We make great efforts to satisfy you. Customer service is our priority.

Does Stitch With Styles offer international shipping and orders?
Yes! Whether you are ordering within Pakistan or outside, Stitch With Styles services are accessible globally. We will ship to your desired international location.

How much does shipping cost within Pakistan?
In Pakistan, we offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs.2000. On orders below Rs.2000, a sum of Rs.200 is charged.

What is the delivery cost outside Pakistan?
For deliveries outside Pakistan, it is charged as per TCS's fixed rates.

What sizes are available to order?
The size chart caters to all sizes including X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and XX-Large. We also offer customized sizing and patterns.

How is the ranking of the quality of your stitches?
It is important for us to make sure that the items you see on the site of Stitchwithstyles.com will be what you will get. To do this, we inspect each item carefully to ensure its quality. All articles on our site are stitched impeccably, exceptionally, and in perfect condition.

How many days it takes for the order to be delivered?
Stitch With Styles guarantees you delivery anywhere in Pakistan within of 10 days. Outside Pakistan, the shipment takes
around 12 days.

What is the return label?
We include a return label for all our clothing and accessories. We accept returns only if the label has not been removed. These labels do not damage your clothing in any way.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can return your items for a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date. In order to receive a refund, returned items must be in the same condition they were sent to you, with tags completely intact and tied. The costs of deliveries to return the item to Stitchwithstyles.com is at your expense.

Can you alter if the dress doesn’t fit well?
Yes, we offer altering services. However, please be informed that the shipment charges shall apply.

How should I avoid returning the order?
To avoid returning a piece, please take the time to carefully check the descriptions and photos accompanying the items. Pay particular attention to the magnitudes and possible defects mentioned therein. Check out our Measurement Guide to ensure that the size will always be the right one.

What types of returns do you accept?
In order to receive a refund, returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent to you, with return labels and tags completely intact and tied.

How do I return my item?
You must first contact our Customer Service to notify us by writing to support@stitchwithstyles.com. Once your email is received, we will contact you with the shipping instructions to return your item to our head office. To avoid damage to an item returned to us, we recommend that you place it in a plastic bag before placing it in the delivery box. Since returns are the responsibility of the buyer as long as the item has not arrived at our offices, we recommend that you include insurance. Please note that returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I deposit my items to return to Stitchwithstyles.com office to avoid shipping costs?
Yes, if you are in Karachi, Pakistan you can drop off your items directly to our offices. You must first contact our customer service to notify us of a return by writing to support@stitchwithstyles.com. A representative of our customer service will then contact you to make an appointment.

What types of payments do you accept?
Stitch With Styles accepts Debit/Credit cards (international and nation-wide), as well as offers Cash on Delivery service within Pakistan.

Is it possible to see the price of an item in a currency other than the Pakistani Rupee?
Yes, there is a tab at the top of all pages that allows you to change the currency.

Do I need to return the whole set?
If you're exchanging, we just need the top or the bottom; whichever needs amendment.

What if the item I get is damaged or faulty?
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Simply click the order you want to return. We have a Contact Form. Personally we will assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible, as soon as we received your registration and at least one picture from your damaged product at support@stitchwithstyles.com.

Will I have to pay any fees and taxes on top of my order?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country. These will be due to the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they cannot be reimbursed or refunded.

Is the e-boutique safe?
Absolutely! Stitchwithstyles.com is based in Karachi, managed and run by Pakistanis. Stitchwithstyles.com uses RapidSSL Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We also do not store any debit/credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number if you did not receive this email, please email: support@stitchwithstyles.com.

What is Schedule Pickup or Order Via Online Store?
It is very simple, when you choose schedule via pickup, it means you are placing your order with us by providing us the address for our riders to collect the garment. Whereas, via the online store, you can place any un-stitched fabric order from your favorite Online Store and get your fabric delivered directly to our headquarters.
